Okay, for those of you want a property, I'm gonna lay down the rules:

1. Things you can buy: (choose any)
a) A Pad, house, or small business (costs 1,000 gaia gold and includes one topic)

b) A mansion or a large business (Costs 5,000 Gaia Gold and includes 10 topics, guildlinked)

c) Property upgrades for Large businesses or mansions (costs 5,000 gold and includes an additional 10 topics to be added to the property you already bought)

d) A junkyard or salvage yard (Costs 500 per topic in property)

2. How you buy them:
a) Fill out the proper form:

-House/pad-(1000 GaiaGold)
RP name of owner:

-Business-(1,000 GaiaGold for small/5,000 for Large)
Business Name:
RP Name of owner:
Size: (Small/Large)

-Mansion-(5,000 GaiaGold for Normal/10,000 for Upgraded)
Name: (either name it uniquely or use your roleplay name [e.g. Bugsy's Mansion)
RP name of owner:
Size: (Normal/Upgraded)
Location: (In Town/in Outskirts)

-Salvage Yard/Junkyard-
Name: (either name it uniquely or use your roleplay name [e.g. Bugsy's Farm/Ranch)
RP Name of owner:
Type: (salvage/junkyard)
Size: (e.g. 1/2/3/5/17 topics. -Can be upgraded later-)

b) PM me with the completed form and send a trade request directly to me for the respective amount.

3. How we make your estate:
Pads and houses will be made in the "Residential" district (with the name: (roleplayname)'s pad/house.

Mansions will be created in the residential district with the name provided or as (roleplayname)'s Mansion. (Mansions are premade and you must ask if you want to change around a room)

Small businesses will be posted in downtown Solstein as (Business Name)

Large businesses will have an initial entrance topic posted as (business name)

Junkyards/salvage yards must be on the outskirts.

4. Rules Regarding Purchased Estates:
1. All estates must comply with Gaiaonline rules.
2. All estates are IN Wolf Immortal: The Vampire Conspiracy and should stick to the theme (Including the time period)
3. Do NOT add topics to your Mansion/Large business without permission from me
4. Respect other people's property. Don't enter private homes/mansions of people you don't know unless you are willing to face in-game consequences. (And don't spam!!!)
5. Any person(s) breaking any of these rules may face demotion, forfeiture of property, fines, and/or they will be banned from the guild. (We take it serious!)
