Where do i get P.A.C.? White scroll. Masks and pumpkin lantern?

Well I got a few pacs from zipangu, white scrolls are supposedly from new leaf city and the masks i dont know but i got a wooden nose stick thing and a rat face from zipangu gachapon. dunno about the pumpkin lantern.

In my opinion the best gacha is the one in Mushroom Shrine...
