The Mabinogi (and not just the four Romances, though those plenty)
The four romances of Chretien de Troyes, particularly Percival
Mallory's le Morte d'Arthur, though not in a beginning-to-end sort of way. Mallory is the sort of author you can (and probably should) dip in and out of.
