The head tilted up is the most difficult head angle for me to draw. I attempted it in this drawing. Any tips?  sweatdrop

Her face itself is done quite well, especially for that angle. I applaud you for attempting such a difficult angle. ^_^ The marker coloring is fabulous too.
My problem is mostly the neck attaching to the head. This is one part of manga that really does not make anatomical-sense. I feel the base of her neck is too thin. In order to support the head, the base has to be thicker. It also gently slopes downward instead of a 90 degree angle. It might be easier for you if you made the part of the neck connecting to her head slightly thicker too.
