An Elfen Lied GAME?
Sorry, that would be horrible in my opinion, seeing as Elfen Lied's best things were it's plot line, it's characters etc. which can't really be conveyed into game form...
A good Elfen lied game would end up being more of an 'interactive movie'

How about a visual novel? But I think he's talking about the fighting game... The one my computer can't run for some reason...
