I've heard that pre-c** doesn't always contain sperm, that it's just supposed to "clean out" the area so to speak and it only contains sperm if there's sperm in the urethra (like if he's ejaculated recently and there's still a few sperm cells in there).
Is this true?
I'm asking because the other night my boyfriend and I had sex, and we wore a condom, but earlier I gave him a handjob and some pre-c** came out, and he got some on his hands. It's possible he wiped it off before he put the condom on, or that it just dried while I was getting the condom. I dunno, I am on the pill but I did miss a couple pills last week.
I might just be being paranoid. I am a bit of a hypochondriac.

Yes, that's true. Pre-ejaculate doesn't always contain active sperm but it can. So it should always be handled with caution. I recommend treating it just as you would treat ejaculate to be on the safe side.
