As for new games, uhh...
I hear the new game for Wii, Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility, is coming out on August 26th.
At least, that's what IGN says. O:
Also, I heard of this new Harvest Moon game called Harvest Moon: Exciting Animal March. O___O!
It was never released though. But if you wanna see it, you can see screenshots of it at Ranch Story. D:
As for the others, I'll let someone else fill you in on them. <.<

Both Harvest Moon Wii, and Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness are set to come out August 26th as far as I know. And if you pre-order/reserve them you get a Harvest Moon chicken and cow plush. :3
I don't know much about the Wii version, because I don't frankly like the new style approach, but I've played Island of Happiness on an emulator for a bit and seen videos. Everything is stylus controlled, and like Magical Melody people will slowly move into your island town as you fulfill certain criteria. Playing it on the computer was a little awkward, but I thought it was pretty unique and hopefully it plays better on the DS. I definitely like the new characters and will be getting both the day it comes out. But I'm sure Wikipedia and the Harvest Moon fansites can you fill you about them a lot better than I can.
