The older wolf seemed to quirk a brow, listening to the boy with some kind of slight interest, even if only to allow him to help. "Alright..." he agreed quietly, looking past the young one to scope out where it could possibly be. After all, he had a bit more of a vantage point.
He didn't say much after that, a bit more serious about the whole matter, along with life, itself. But no matter the fact, he was still imbued with that small shred of goodness--which happened to be showing."

Beat was grateful for the help, specially since he was so tall. His tail wagged as he went from one place to another. Searching threw drawers and under pillows - every where the dark dog searched. (which was him mostly throwing stuff around making a bit of a mess)
"Hmmmm doesnt seem we are getting any where," He said hunched down on the ground butt in the air as he searched under a sofa. A rectangle shaped bump could be seen in his rear pocket. He got up and dusted him self off. "Not under there.." He announced some what flatly and started off for another end of the room to destroy search.

The taller male seemed to pause when he saw the object, quirking a brow and thinking on the shape of it. "Uhmm... there's... something in your back pocket..."
A hand rose to point as he said it, and he seemed not to have any idea whether it was what he was looking for.

Beat paused from tossing objects to reach in the said pocket to reveal that in fact his orange ipod had been there the whole time. His face flushed with red in embarrassment.
"Errmmm found it.." He said followed by a nervous chuckle of shame. "Guess I left it in my pocket this whole time." He looked up at the fox with a bright smile. "Probably wouldnt have found it for days if you had not pointed it out... Thank you ~" . The dog's tail wagged from side to side happily.

Offering a bit of a bewildered chuckle, the lupine one soon broke into a full chittering laugh. "You... really left it in there and forgot about it?" he asked. "You mean you couldn't feel it?"
For once in a good while, a smile cracked on the older male's face.

The younger teen nodded a shy smile on his face. It was quite funny he supposed but things like that often happened to him.
"Heh, yeah... Im amazed it's still in one piece since I slept in these pants.." He chuckled shly. " Would think the screen would be cracked but its good as it ever was ~ " He showed the older male his orange ipod.

As the younger smiled, the dark wolf simply continued to chuckle under his breath, shaking his head slowly. "Well, I suppose the day hasn't been all-bad, now, has it?" He looked upon the small item in curiosity, tilting his head a little. "So... this object... plays music."

The dog nodded at the comment about the day, his tag wagging behind him. "oh yes it does play music ~ " He chimed giving the wolf a closer look.
"See you put these two white speakers in your ears ~ " He held them up. " Than you just awaken the screen by gently touching down than go in a circle to find what you want to listen too.." He showed how it was done selecting the song 'black hole sun'.

The older male looked upon the tiny speakers, reaching out and gingerly taking them, to settle them in his ears. He recoiled a little when he heard that much sound coming from such small outlets, his ears folding back in surprise. "Umm... how do you turn it down?" he asked, knowing well that he didn't have to raise his voice--as he was used to items like an iPod--but not the iPod, itself.

The dog smiled and showed him to move his finger counter clock wise to turn it down. "Heh, I forgot how loud I had it on," He chuckled. "Its a wonder Im not deaf..." He added as a bit of a joke.
"What kind of music do you like?" The dog cutely tilted his head as he peered up at the wolf.

He seemed a tiny bit confused, but soon followed the younger's motions, mimicking him. He seemed satisfied with the song when it was softer, and seemed to be more interested in how the machine worked, despite his divided attentions.
"I... eh... I'm a fan of slow, easy-listening music..." he said quietly. "Usually. But I'll definitely suffice to say I have a love for Heart."

The dog titled his head and smirked some, " Soft music is cool ~ " He looked through his ipod til he found his easy listening play list ,"Find something in there that you might like?" He smiled. He was more of a dancey type and loved music that had beats to it. Some times he would settle for rock and what not but most the time he listened to something that you could move your feet to. Most the time he had his ipod plugged into his head and he wasnt standing still, he was dancing all over the place.

The older male seemed to be satisfied with the selection, but chose only one song to listen to, and only went about halfway in before letting the boy have his device back. "Well, I know for a fact that this isn't mine..." he muttered.

The boy took his beloved ipod back and stuck it deep with in his back pocket frowning at the older males comment. A conflict of feelings battled about, the boys generous nature and the boys love for the ipod before a smile curled on his maw.
"I know," He commented bubbly, "I can burn you songs you like to a CD hows that sound?"
