Yay! Several of us got second place! I think it's really cool that I got 2,200 gold. i thought I was going to get 500 gold LOL

Well, I thought about dividing the prizes, but I had enough in my account to cover the full amounts to everybody. If we'd had more entries, it wouldn't have been possible.

Maybe more people will enter the next contest?

shouldn't we have two more? One to decide which second place should run against first, and one to be the actual contest? Hitler won the election, because there were too many people running you know.

If the voting had been close, I would agree. But the first place choice got HALF of the total votes ... a clear winner over the others. If the votes had been spread out more among the entries, that would necessitate a second round of voting.

If you really think it would make a difference, we could do a run-off. But I don't think it would change the outcome.
