I love both of the trees! I think both are equally as beautiful. Personally I like seeing all the leaves like that, though I think your second tree was given more time, or something.
Your little man was cute. The head is a bit off center from the body. Is he a doodle or part of a story you're making? He seems like an interesting character, I'd like to learn more about him.

Well I was inspired by GIR an anime character from a cartoon called invader Zim...but once I enter in high school of art I think I'll improve my skills tho I hope to gain some experience here with you artists

Personally, I like the second tree better, and it fit the anime/manga style better if that's what your going for. Also, the first one seems more flat (2d rather then 3d) then the second one. As for the person thing, the body is definately of center, and the feet are not actually level compared to the face. (in other words, he's/she's leaning to our right)
