I'm all for it...comedically, gay people should be able to be as miserable as real married folk. Maybe then they'd stop being so spontaeneous ._.
Religious factors against it? I'm christian, so hate the sin not the sinner... Not sure what christianity has to say, but I ain't asking. Weird story, a really religious girl wore a shirt with that phrase on it ("Hate the sin, not the sinner" for those of you who can't remember for s**t) during the Day of Silence (a thing at my school where students who support LGBTs where a thing on their shirts that say either they aren't speaking to 'fully' support the Day of Silence or they're speaking but still 'fully' support the Day of Silence. It's hard to explain, I hope that makes it clear enough) She got alot of adverse reactions, though I know anyone with reasonable intelligence would be able to figure she wasn't insulting gays or anything...
Anyway, to be seriously... I have no problem against it. Marriage is no longer a sacred institution with people marrying off their 8 year-old daughters and marryin' themselves to animals and s**t. Sure, enjoy the moment if you're married in a church, it might be the best day of your life, but don't say its still wholly sacred. This is the 2000's. Nothing is sacred anymore, back then -or- now. Marriage is an end-all/be-all key to happiness, why shouldn't gays have the right?

I'm going to quote my dad in this; "It's no ones business what gays do in the privacy of their own homes."
Even when I was little [8-10 years old] I knew what being "gay" was and I remember seeing things on the news about people being arrested because they were fornicating inside their own home. I didn't really know much about sex and fornication and all that jazz, but I knew that it was something people that are in love do to show their love for one another and I recall thinking that it was really unfair that they weren't allowed to show their love for one another in their own house because they were both boys.
Hell, I've liked girls for as long as I can remember. I always knew that I was attracted to both girls and guys. I'm living proof that you're born gay. I'm so tired of this crap about Churches and camps that will make you stop being gay. You can't stop being gay.
As far as religion goes, I'm going to recall upon our lovely Constitution/Bill of Rights; Separation of Church and State. 'Nuff said.
If you don't like it, don't look.
And that's a very good point about Marriage not being sacred anymore. I never thought about it then. You can get married in ten minutes in Vegas these days. You can marry your cousin. Why can't you marry someone who is the same gender as you.
They should seriously change our Motto from "Land of the free." to "Land of the free (unless you're a homosexual)".

I'm for it. I'm for it because I'm bi and saying I'm not for it would be stupid. And if i was straight it would still be stupid to say we shouldn't because that's just cruel.

I'm bi and i think that if you want to put you *explictict content removed* into another guy's *WHAT'D I JUST SAY!* then fine.
I do think that if you're religious and you think it's wrong because of it then it's one of the biggest sin i would even begin to believe in. Anyone who thinks being gay is wrong just for the resaon of growning up in a bullshit-ed enviorment and in a majority is just as bad. There's nothing wrong with what you want to love.
This is the age of grotesque and we have any kind of porn you want but when things get serious it's all of a sudden so terrible.
I wouldn't know how to tell my parents that i'd be getting married to a guy but in my opinion, give them something nice like flowers and beer ( terrible stereo -types i know) and just say it while they enjoy their gift.

I believe we should be able to marry whoever the hell we want. Male or female. I'm for gay marriage. I wish the world wasn't so judgmental against gays/bisexuals.

I'm full-on FOR IT.
I live in a country that does not allow same-sex marriges and when the couple married in another country, they aren't considered married here.
I support gay marriges, I am both attracted to females and males, and I don't know why people are against it. Sure, opposites attract (gender wise) but when it comes to personality, people with similar personalities normally are attracted to eachother, why can't that be with gender?
I have a friend whos parents are lesbians, and most of the people who know don't really care. The thing that makes me a bit bummed out is that my mum likes her less because her parents are gay. My sister is a Christian, but she still supports gays. She even has friends that are gay. I'm atheist and support gays. I don't really know about my parents.
Marrige between Male/Female is exactly the same with Male/Male and Female/Female. The only difference is that gays are more discouraged and generally disliked.
All in all, I support gay marrige.

A suprising fact my friend told me the other day was that all women are born Bisexual, no matter what their up-bringing or childrhood was like. The female body dosen't differentiate from male or female pleasure.
I think that all guys are born gay. I have no profff. I just that's so. Our society just kinda eff's that up in our heads.
Plus, having a few straight people around isn't a bad thing. We want to contiune our race.
Actually, that sounded a bit mean... as if straight people were disposable.
You know what, nevermind.
