Ok. So I'm at the part where Edward asks Jacob to talk to Bella about the yucky. Is Rosalie only being protective because she wants the yucky to kill Bella?

Anyways, answer in white since it's a spoiler:
No. Rosalie is protecting the baby. She doesn't care about Bella, just the baby's. So it doesn't matter to Rosalie if Bella dies or not.
