I'm going to see how giving a Mod a separate area works. We can talk this over, and see how well it goes.

Whomever is in charge of the main forum or sub-forums will be responsible for keeping it clean, which means, to delete inappropriate threads and posts. Keeping things updated in Announcements and Stickys, posting regularily and keeping things in line and orderly.

Join requests, all mods will be helping with this, use common sense. If someone says, "I'd really like to join because ......" and another says, "Just wanna join" You know which to Accept and which to Decline.

Yes, we're going to have to advertise. The guild can be advertised in 'Registered Guilds' but that's not the only way. Whomever's in charge of Advertising's allowed to choose other means of advertising, which means getting things like banners into member's siggy's or finding a sister guild.
