Hmm...My favorite has to be from OoT. I loved the Spirit Temple, then again who doesn't? And the Mirror Shield and Silver Gauntlets were awesome, and it looked really cool if your wore the Goron Tunic with both of those on...But even though its not a temple, I I had tons of fun in the Garudo Valley. With getting the workers, archery range, and the maze for Ice Arrows, it had to be the best.

For me it's the Spirit Temple from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Deepwood Shrine from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, and swimming around as Zora Link in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

Zora Link was fun to pull off. but Oni Linked kicked more a**. you ever try to get him out of the dungeon with the glitch?

Hmm, I actually have a couple:
-The Forest Temple from OoC for having cool theme music and awesome/eerie puzzles.(i.e. fighting the Poe sisters)
- Mermaid's Cave from Oracle of Ages. Swiming around with the Mermaid suit was epic for a handheld game. smile
- Umm, I can't remember the name. But the last temple in Majora's Mask. I love that one because of the mini-boss fight with Gomess the vampire and the music was awesome.
-The Goron's mine in Twilight Princess. Walking around a dungeon's ceiling with magnatized boots was awesome.
I have more but I kinda can't remember the names. sweatdrop
