Zepheros Heck I say let Des Chopper do it. He seems to be the most contributing and charitable right now. ^_^ I agree...

I'm never moving from my spot. I got screwed out of 1 Barton 1000. Yes, I had that spot for about 2 days before I was asked to leave for the no-name who has it now. All the other epic spots had been soaked up by all my mod friends at that point, so I was 100% out of luck. I managed to nab a house in my birthyear (1981), and I'm not moving from there.
stressed That's probably the only thing that still irritates me from when I used to be a mod. That spot was EPIC. EPIC. EPIC.

Good news, I was able to get into contact with all 3 members of the houses occupied in our town. 2 of the 3 are willing to relocate, the 3rd one I haven't exactly gotten it out of him yet, he kind of just friended me and I was like buh ok...
So yeah, anyone who wants a house, send me a PM so I can figure out who all wants one so I can set up some kind of quick raffle to randomly give it out as that would be the fairest way.

Confused am I. As soon as the humans would move, automatic placement would most probably swoop in to place another random person, as was pointed out in the other thread.
Also, concerning the treasurer talk, I sense there may be some confusion about guild donations by some. But it is something that a lot of people don't know. (It is brought up constantly in the guild owners' guild.) Gold donated directly to the guild can only be used to create new subforums. It cannot be otherwise accessed or used.
That's why it is smart to have a trustworthy person who can accept gold on behalf of the guild that can be used for contests and the like.

Yeah, that is going to be the main problem with this if we try to make it work. We'll have to get the user to relocate and relocate our member within a minute sometime late at night when Gaia is least active. I have a feeling autoplacement will sweep over, but it is worth a shot, right? I'll be paying for the relocation so it won't be a waste for anyone.

captain rena kuchiki i'm willing to move but i see no empty houses. Gaia's search lies, there is always some type of house out there that dosn't get scanned. I just created a Buffet in my house, I'm hoping to name it The Earthweaver Buffet, I hope to move to the earthweaver housing I'm also prepared to pay for my relocation,
