I've been toying with the idea of making some small postcard style prints. I just don't do that much full color impressive work that I feel like its worth making full-size prints of, but I was thinking smaller and more inexpensive postcard prints may sell for things like a nice pencil drawing.
I don't have a good printer though I may invest in one eventually, so I'd need them printed up somewhere else. Is DA the best option or are there other places who can print those up easily? I asked at Office Depot and apparently that's not a size they're used to and they were kinda like 'well I guess we can print 4 on a page and cut it' but that sounds too complicated (especially since they messed up the first run of my business cards.) (I should ask at Kinkos but I havn't gotten around to it...)
Is making postcard size prints that much cheaper, or not really because the size is unusual? I know these things depend a bit on the paper, I'd probably go with decent mid-line glossy.

Postcard-sized prints sound like a great idea to me. 3nodding Doesn't seem like it'd be that odd of a print size, either... I'll look through some of the printers that have been recommended and see if any of them offer such.

I don't do prints (at the moment, anyway), so I can't be helpful with where to print them, but I can say that as a buyer, I love the postcard sized prints. It allows me to spread my money around a bit more, not to mention I find them easier to display. I'd love it if more artists had a bigger selection of them!
