I finally own my trombone free and clear but I don't have a name for it! I know that it identifies with a male name... (As strange as that sounds...) Then, there's my Contra Bass Clarinet that needs a name. Something old... Like a name in the 1920's... Like Bertha... HELP ME?! Pretty please?

Personally, I just named my silver marching baritone Lucifer. XD
Anywho...here's some ideas (some of which I've seen/heard of, others being names I like)
Damien Bob Figleaf (don't ask...google image...maybe add statue if you don't see any...my friend actually named her trombone this...*ashamed*) Jasper (actually my euphonium's name ^_^) Figaro Hidalgo note that it's also a great flugel name) Cisaro Cap'n (^_^) Cap'n Jack (my best low brass buddy actually named his trombone this after hearing the song Captain Jack by Billy Joel...) Phlegm (affectionate name for this one girl's trombone; she always hacked up leugies into it... XP) Fandango Honk (don't ask...)
Want more? Just pm me! ^_^

Meerph! I love naming instruments. I, too, am a bo**r, however badly I play, so I'll give it a shot. For the trombone, Tristan. lol I name with the first letter of the instrument.
Clarinet... BAINE CHRISTOFF! lol
