Maneuvering through the guild:
-Go back to the Guild's Main Forum 'GoG: The Story Continues'
-Click on the subforum 'Meet the Cast'
-Click the Announcement thread 'List of Characters'
-Optional: Vote in the poll for a little extra gold
-Glace over the first post to get a feel for the other members of the story
-Carefully read the second post and the 'To Do List'
-Go to the either the top right corner or the bottom left corner of the page and click the 'Meet the Cast' button to return to the subforum.
-Find your characters' Sticky thread and follow the 'To Do List''s instructions.
-Make sure to look in the other subforums at least once to know what's in them.
-Keep yourself current with the 'Updates' thread in the Guild's Main Forum
-Let the fun begin.

The RP:Most of the basic information of the story is on the Guild Home page. Any further questions can be asked in 'Questions, Comments, and Suggestions about the story' subforum. Because we have had a confusion issue with this, I feel I must state it aloud: Just because other members of the RP aren't online, doesn't mean their character doesn't exist in the RP at the time. If you let your character stay in one place while you're off, you may see more action in this RP. Also, for OOC posts, you must use ((...)) or {...} ( An example page with both what to do and what not to do) Room Basic Accommodations: A soft bed with a wooden frame in one corner, a closet with a wooden door on the other side of the mattress, a wooden storage trunk in another corner, a wooden table in the last corner (the door is in this corner if you're wondering what about the fourth corner), and a large window across the room. Posting in the RP when posting in character, here is what is recommended: (You do not have to follow these examples) (You may choose any color for your character) (Need a non-basic color? link1. link2. Code is color=(hex number including #).) Narrating Nothing... Siorta Guardian of Time ((This is the announcement!!!!)) "Well, ladies and gentlemen, Elves and men, Dwarves and half-breeds, Warriors and soldiers. I am Siom the hammer, the veteran and your guide here at the Gathering. I was told to make this announcement. Welcome! I hope you enjoy your living quarters, and their furnishings. ((Speaking of which, if you haven't told me your room number, please do so!)) The food has been, and will be, made by our wonderful cook, Gnareen. Just to let you know, avoid the meatloaf. The battles will begin tomorrow at noon. They will be held in the arena, the arena is a tricky place to fight, one round it may be a huge sandpit, the next, a lush jungle, Or they may give you a raft and tell you to fight in a small lake, which a second ago, was the arena floor. Finally, if you wish, you can have a teammate, as long as your enemy does. Good luck, and may the best warrior win!!" ((If the combat takes to long, I'll change the way it's done.)) I only ever saw the aftermath of these attacks. Most of the wildlife I have seen are relatively timid and more afraid of you than you are of them. For the most part, do not antagonize them and you should be fine." He viewed the mans disturbing condition, "...There is a lake of running water about a mile and a half due south of here.

Siorta Guardian of Time ((We have a new member! blaugh When she sent me her profiles (yes profile s) I was intrigued to notice that one could not enter the arena, so I have decided that you can have multiple profiles, if and only if, only one does the fighting, the other one could be a friend, family member, Arena guard even, as long as they don't fight.))
