She gave a small smile and watched her leave. She sighed to herself, and rose up again, leaving to find Risa. She found her resting by a tree. She smiled and lay down beside her, gently stroking her arm. "Risa..." she cooed softly, not wanting to jolt her from sleep, but rather to wake her gently. (Okiedokie, Naia-chan. biggrin Your posty. Tanks for waiting)

Ganon and Yuritsuki were already on their way back around the lake, in fact; Ganon carried their game, which consisted mostly of large rodents and a few wild pheasants, on his back, and had to make a short detour to skirt around a burly human sitting by a campfire outside what seemed to be a tackle shop. With Yuri creeping along behind him, Ganon softly made his way around the shop, staying out of sight in the edge of the woods, and once they were clear he led Yuri on a dash back to the river.
He arrived in camp several minutes after Kuma returned, and to the cheers of a hungry herd he dropped the meat they had collected by the fire. He offered Risa a wave and a quick smile, but seemed more concerned with properly greeting Kuma; he trotted over to her and shifted on his hooves, nodding and murmuring, "Evening, Chieftess."

"Ganon," she said with a smile, her eyes wandering to the food, "You never cease to amaze me. This will surely feed the herd twice over." Behind her she could already hear some of the elderly kenturides start to take up the meat for cleaning. It seemed Kuma's work was done for the day. The chieftess turned around to face the herd, her grey eyes watching their happy faces. A true smile tickled her lips for the first time in a long time. This might be the right choice after all.
"Ganon," she said his name again as she turned her face away from the herd, "Can you give me the pleasure of going for a run?"

Ganon smiled and flicked his tail once. "I'd love to. Sneaking around, I don't really get to stretch my legs, do I?" He trotted over to his tent and put away his bow, then exchanged it for his axe, just in case they ran into any troublesome humans. With his weapon slung across his back, he returned to Kuma's side and glanced up the river in the fading sunlight. "... Let's see where this runs from, huh?" His eyes gleamed a bit, and then he took off for the woods, taking the head start he knew he would need.

Kuma's eyes widened as Ganon galloped off, before a slow grin began to pull on her lips. Without a second thought, the chieftess left her heard to their meal as she began to gallop after the white champion. In a fight, Kuma wouldn't stand well against Ganon's strength. However, in a race, her lean body held advantage. It wasn't long before she caught up with Ganon and disappeared over one of the rolling hills.
Meanwhile, the elderly kenturides gossiped to one another as they passed off food to the rest of the herd. They gave out hefty portions to even the smallest of colts as the smiled and laughed about the feast that had been brought to them and the treasures this place would hold. It wouldn't be long until spring and the festival of Dionysus, also called the City Dionysia, started. Wine would be made and dances held. The writers of the herd would have the young colts and fillies perform their works. The thoughts of settlement here made the herd more anxious for celebration.

Yuritsuki listened to them gallop off into the distance. She smiled, briefly, before making her path silently to the base of a tree at the mouth of the forest. Yuritsuki sat down on the soft grass, cooling from the ending day. She welcomed the rest to her weary legs, running her hand over the bark of the tree, admiring its texture.
She didn’t really have anyone in her life except Ganon and Kuma. And it always made her feel lonely when they went off on their runs. She shouldn’t be alone at this age. Yuritsuki was still a young kentauride. But she had no male centaur in her life. How could she put it? She just wasn’t interested, and at many times it felt like others weren’t truly interested in her either. Whenever any of the centaurs came to her, it just felt like they pitied her.
Not to mention Yuritsuki was boring. She couldn’t remember the last time she had any fun, or even laughed. She was as interesting to be around as a rock.

Risa felt Sonya stroke her arm. She clenched her eyes before opening. She looked at her. "Hello... Sonya?" She hoped she got the name right. She sniffed the air and smelled the tantalizing scent of meat. Her stomach noised some interest. Risa gave a small laugh. "Is it time to eat?"

She giggled. The sound was a soft melodious trill, like bells tinkling. "Yes, but do you really want to go and sit in front of all those strangers? I thought you might like to eat with me," She held in her hands several chunks of meat. She'd received them from the elder kentauride after Ganon had returned. "I could tell you were hungry...so I grabbed a little extra." She smiled her stunning smile, her crystal blue eyes soft and caring.
