their forum seems really off topic though and looks unprofessional compared to this one

Well that's silly. :'P The purpose of our alliances is to share and promote eachother's guilds, it's expected that others join guilds they are allied with, and it results in shared members. Invites are sent to all centaurs we find posting in Centaur attracting threads. (I do the the forums searches personally, and filter through many pages, copy-pasting names and sending invites repsectively.)
