Fudge Cake
Ingredients
125g butter, melted 2 tablespoons cocoa 125g sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 packet wine biscuits, crushed
Method
Put butter, cocoa, sugar and egg into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add vanilla and crushed biscuits. Press into a sandwich tin. When cool ice with peppermint icing. 1 tablespoon cocoa icing sugar hot water 1/4 teaspoon peppermint essence

One of these days I'm gonna get off my lazy butt and make this... but not today. It sounds good, though. You might find this a dumb question, but what's a wine biscut?

this sounds good, but how much sugar and butter are 125g? I work with cups and spoons down here in Minnesota.

@Hellsing; Sorry a wine biscut... is a plain biscut (i forgot it was a nz biscut)... arrowroot or vanilla... just any plain biscut will do.
@Tanada 20g is approximately 1 level tablespoon (had to check conversion chart on the web ...lol)
