I'm afraid in D/P, Ditto cannot be bred period. You best chance is the catch as many as you can and keep the best out of the haul and trade off the rest. 3nodding

Short answer, No. Long answer, no because, with the exception of Manaphy & Phione, legendary pokemon cannot breed and even then, Manaphy/Phione only produce Phione eggs. Although, it is possible to obtain a Manaphy egg from the game Pokemon Ranger, though breeding said actual non-phione legendaries isn't possible through legit means.

Define your definition of "perfect"? I've found that quite a number of Egg moves can work wonders for Umbreon (Fake Tears, Wish, Curse, Baton Pass, etc), and with Smeagle being in the same egg group as Eevee, it's even possible to get every single egg move combonation onto an Umbreon (or other Eeveelution).

As far as a recommendation for a great Umbreon, I'd say any nature that increases either it Defense or Special Defense would be key.

Does anyone have a female Lucario or its pre-evolution with the nature of Jolly?

Because I want to get a good Jolly Natured Lucario with good IVs.
The game is not giving me a Jolly natured one. So please help.

That's more oriented towards trading and is more suitable in the Trading section, though things seem a bit dead in there right now due to the overall inactivity of the guild.
