Marking Description: Black and dodger blue swirl designs all over his body, like in the ref. picture ^^ Of course, they don't have to be nearly that complicated O_o Just the basic idea, I guess. Swirls spiraling off of eachother, with pretty dots xD The end of his tail should be black airbrush, with the VERY tip being dodger blue and an airbrushed stripe of white in between.
Wing Color: White wings with the feather tips being airbrushed dodger blue and black, interchanging (one feather black, the other dodger blue, then black again... etc.)
Chopstick and Bead colors: Black chopsticks w/ white swirls. Black and white beads.
