Pokemon have natures and they will bump up one stat over time, you'll get special boosts in say sp atk or def
PKRS is really good your stat become better and I think the face is saying that they had it and now cant get it again
Have to beat the elite four or no swarms, swarms have pokemon from other games so, you have to have the ntl. pokedex or nothing will happen.
in other words... beat the elite four and champion
