At first I didn't really like Allen and Kanda but now I like it. :].
But I also like Allen and Lavi and Allen and Tyki. As long as Allens the uke because he's so cute I can't imagine him being a seme.

Everywhere I go, I'm the crack whore (but my OTP was one of the options blaugh ) My OTP is LaviKomuiLavi. Yes that is right Lavi is a switcher. I think its the bookman side of him. @Anime: Seriously. If you don't like yaoi or yuri, why the hell are you in this forum? Why the hell are you on gaia? We don't want judgemental people like you here. And guess what? The exorcists don't give a s**t about their god anymore.
Allen fights for purpose and Mana, and his comrades.
Kanda fights as a duty and something else we have yet to find out.
Lavi's a bookman junior, who wants a heart. He fights for his comrades.
Lenalee fights for everyone precious to her--her world.
And etc.
And also, yaoi and yuri isn't meaningless.
The pairings aren't meaningless. (Exept Lavi.........................................yu, but that's just my opinion.)

Seriously. Lavi and Allen are just friends. e __o It will stay as friends. There are no signs and there will never be signs that that relationship will grow. I saw an avatar that said "best friends make the best lovers"--BULL ******** s**t. It makes nothing more than a boring couple.
And don't give me the "Yullen doesn't make sense" s**t, because it DOES.
They have a reason to love the other, and they're so different yet similar is ways. Also, their fights are adorable.
Kanda hates Allen, so he claims. Because Allen is too soft. He got pissed in recent chapters at Allen because he was so confident that he would be able to stop the 14th should he attack the order. It sounds more like worry than hate to me. And later on, when they defeated the level 4 together(3 MISSIONS TOGETHER STRAIGHT? That's saying something.)(the ONLY time they've defeated one without help from a general)... Allen turned momentarily into a noah, when his own sword pierced him. When Kanda cut the akuma in the head, he threatened to hit Allen too (Allen dodged ofcourse), but... His face was with not only anger when he shouted "BAKA MOYASHI!!", but with worry.
Kanda treats Allen as well as Lenalee and Lavi, even though the two have only known each other for a little while.
Marie said that he finally figured out why they fought so much--because they're so similar.
So Kanda has every reason to be able to love him.
And don't tell me that Kanda has to be gay, it's not impossible to be only gay for someone.
And Kanda probably has never loved anyone like that. So he wouldn't know.
Lenalee is only like a sister to him.
I can go on forever.
