Just like your other team, your chosen natures are just killing you so much that your team is full of opportunity holes (the only exception being Shuckle). Most of all, Rhyperior shouldn't sacrifice it's defense for any reason, Absol is missing a STAB attack, Glaceon should not be used as a wall (whatnot of Mirror Coat and the Calm Nature) and it's Hail will only end up hurting your team overall so it isn't worth the use. Overall... Water, Fighting and Steel-types would destroy this combonation of pokemon, so I'm going to have to give it a 5 (would of been lower, but on some of the pokes, it seems like you did a better job with some of the movesets.)

Though a bit of advice, if your going to use a Sniper Drapion, it's best to egg breed on the move Night Slash and give it the Scope Lens to make full use out of the ability. And for Absol, I'd drop Psycho Cut and pick up either Night Slash or Sucker Punch.

Absols moves are set so that she isn't pounded into the dirt by her weaknesses, and Ryhperior's def. is good not the best but good

Honestly, Aerial Ace already does that, though lacks the power. Either way, if your really wanting to cover your weaknesses with your Absol, I'd recommend this even more:

Absol @ Scope Lens/Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Super Luck
~ Night Slash/Sucker Punch
~ Psycho Cut
~ Stone Edge
~ Swords Dance

Swords Dance sweeper. Night Slash will gain a critical hit very often, but
Sucker Punch lets you bypass your rather low Speed to hit first. Psycho Cut takes care of Fighting types and Stone Edge for various Flying Pokemon. All of the moves except Sucker Punch take full advantage of the Super Luck ability.

And concerning Rhyperior, any nature that takes down it's Attack or Defense should be discarded in my opinion. Of course, that's just me.

The only problem with shinnies is they're lack of good IVs. And besides that, the Absol listed above has a Naughty nature (so it's not your shiny Hardy one) and seems very easily replaced. xd

But hey, all of this posted is just my advice, however you want to go about making your pokes is totally up to you.

Levels don't really mean anything on the Wi-Fi, whatnot of the Auto Level 50/100 battles and such. But if you don't want to change it, that's your choice. I'm just giving you my advice and if you don't want to take it, it's your right to do so.
