Nazo grew up as a normal child within the Kamizake Clan. He was raised to understand the moral values of life and philosophy. While also learning the abilities of a clan monk. He was taught mental and physical health and strength. At 18, Nazo, like every other first born son of the Kamizake Clan, was sent off into the world to seek the meaning of life.
He traveled far from his homeland in an isolated island between the Lands of Fire and Lightning. He had seen every hidden village and every town far and in between. As Nazo grew older, so did his wisdom. Everywhere he went he taught the ideals and mannerisms of the Kamizake Clan. Now he resides in the Village Hidden in the ______.
Though Nazo has much wisdom, the most important lesson he has learned is, Remember to Laugh. Because of this he is often seen smiling and making jokes. Nazo is generally laid back and easy to be around. He is open hearted and kind. If problem occurs he is often seen trying to resolve it before it gets worse.

Creates An inter flowing current of both wind and water in ones hand to make a spinning water sprout attack of high winds and dense water to essentially rip through or throw the target.

Mizu Seichuu no Jutsu
Water Control Technique
The Kamizake clans specialty is that of manifesting and controlling water. This Technique can mold water into several forms, changing it in between the three forms of matter for water.
This Ability is similar to Gaara's Sand control ability but with Water. Because of this ability allowing the control of water in its gas state of matter, this allows a small ability to control the movement of air as well. But only the Water particles in it, allowing Nazo to make some areas more humid than others and other such things that deal with the removal and addition of water.
The Kamizake Clan is able to do this because of their heredity from the spirit foxes called Kitsune. The Kamizake Clan's Kitsune ancestors are those of Water and Wind.

Note: The Summoning Tattoo's are for a finite amount of storage that wouldn't be on Nazo's person. Think of Ten Ten's Scrolls but inscribed on his body.
Misc: Nazo and His clan are descendants of the fox spirits called Kitsunes who ward over the Elements Wind and Water, as well as the Warden of Storms. That is why his clan can call forth storms and manipulate water and its other states. Nazo's Special summoning Ability allows for him to call on in specific any of the Three ancestors detailed below;
Mozo, The Wind Kitsune
Though Mozo seems harmless by his appearance he is one of the strongest Kitsune known to man. He controls the winds. He can move with and through the wind and deceive with the wind. His specialties are those of defense. He is renown for his abilities in the way of Genjutsu and Defensive Ninjutsu
Trakaji, The Water Kitsune
Trakaji, unlike her brother Mozo, gives off the appearance of an everyday fox. She is the more aggressive of the two as well. Her abilities of those which include Water and its secrets. She can cause water to evaporate and make a thick mist or make the water in the air condensate to create a flooded battlefield. She specializes in the Offensive Ninjistic abilities of Water
Mitsumi, The Storm Warden
The father of both Mozo and Trakaji, Mitsumi is the kitsune spirit of weather and the storm. He has the ability to change the weather at will with no expense to his chakra, and he can move with and attack with the Lightning. Mitsumi, the original teacher of the Nenten Shippuu Hirate no Jutsu to the Kamizake clan, and his specialty relies within the power to manipulate both wind and water to (literally) turn the tides of battle. To gain access to the Kamizake clan, one most first seek approval by Mitsumi in a personal audience with him through a high ranking respected clan official.
