So... I'm at my Friend's house, and she has no photoshop, picture edit programs and no scsnner. soo.... I had MS paint. This was the first time i have ever tried to use it, and i started to try to make a doll creator thing... but instead i want to sell ugly MS paint chibi art. lol. It's awful, i know. That is actually very good.
Considering it's chibi art, I can't find much to critique. Although, perhaps you could've colored the background or outlined the skirt a little darker, as its very hard to see. At least on my laptop, anyways. Her hand that's holding the tray seems off. It looks funny with the thumb being how it is, and the fact her index finger goes above the tray. Her other hand looks too large for her body. If you take away the feather boa, it looks as it it wouldn't connect properly.
But overall, I must say this is amazing for MS Paint!
It's adorable, and honestly, better then what I could do on MS Paint.
However, the tray hand looks like it's backwards. sweatdrop
But other then that I think it looks amazing.

that is great! i love how you did the coloring! only thing is that she has two right hands! lol in order to look right, her thumb would have to be on the other side nd the way she's holding it means that more of the bottom of the tray should be seen
