First things first, this thread is in the wrong section, but I will move it for you after I give my critiques on this team.

Deoxys-A - Now off the bat, Deoxys-A is an Uber and you will definitely have trouble finding anyone willing to fight you with this on your team, strictly due to the Uber Clause being so widely used. I can sort of see what your going with the two Psychic moves (Psycho Boost/Psychic), but I'm afraid this set up just doesn't work half as good as Salamence's Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse combo. And as Deoxys-A has horrible defenses, Recover is the last move you'd ever want on it's moveset as any decent trainer if given the chance to hit this Deoxys, should drop it in 1 hit. If anything, I'd recommend a moveset similar to something like this:

~ Shadow Ball
~ Superpower
~ Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
~ Substitute/Psycho Boost

I personally don't like Psycho Boost as a move as all that does is forces you to switch out, and doing so when it can be avoided for a poke like this can lead to all sorts of trouble, especially with dark moves like Pursuit being out there. Hence why I've added Substitute onto this set to help avoid those. Also, as none of the moves you have listed for your Deoxys have anything but a normal critical hit ratio, your definitely best off just going with a Choice Band or Life Orb as it's hold item.

Dragonite - This Dragonite I don't really understand. You have two Dragon-moves, a special Fighting move which you've tried to explain but hardly still justifies it. A better moveset for you:

~ Dragon Dance
~ Fire Punch (Anti-Ice and Anti-steel)
~ Outrage / Dragon Claw
~ Earthquake (Anti-Rock)

Lugia - Yet another Uber that no one will let you use. So much so than Deoxys, so I'm not even going to bother evaluating this one.

Metagross - This set looks a little better, though my only complaint about it is the use of Giga Impact without a beef. As Giga Impact is such a costly move, you have to guarantee the destruction of an opponent's Poke or it isn't even worth the recharge round. If speed is really your Metagross' problem, then I'd recommend this moveset:

~ Earthquake
~ Meteor Mash
~ Magnet Rise
~ Agility / Bullet Punch

Shuckle - Haha, I commend anyone who seriously goes into battle with a Shuckle staller. Though as you have the Gluttony ability over Sturdy, I'm surprised your using Leftovers and not say something like a Liechi berry. The only problem with Shuckle stallers, is that he'd be quite useless against Poison and Steel Types, which have become very common nowadays. In place of Safeguard though, I'd personally go with Rock Slide/Stone Edge (for STAB) or Knock Off (for annoyance). But that's just me.

Togekiss - Okay, well, Sky Attack and Air Slash together is a bit of a waste. Wish, Roost, Thunderwave and Nasty Plot all would be better use of the moveslot.

~ Air Slash
~ Aura Sphere
~ Thunderwave / Flamethrower
~ Wish/Roost

I'm just going to agree with Kyrenx. You don't use the full potiental of your pokemon. So, follow his advice. I would also like to add how your natures are not fully efficent. Yes, they boost attack or defence, but, they also weaken something useful. It's best to lower the attack you're not using. Like Atk on SpAttackers and SpAtk for physical attackers.

Contrat? Umm, if that means what I think it means, then your natures are still counter productive. Example: Dragonite. Instead of Naughty which raises Attack but lowers Special Defense, you should opt for an Adamant nature which raises Attack but lowers Special Attack as outside of the Focus Blast, you don't even need the Special Attack stat, and even then, the moveset I provided for it completely removes any need for Focus Blast and hence the Special Attack stat entirely. If that makes any sense at all.

I ment Contrast makes them seem strong makes me feel more confident about my abilities ect.ect.ect. but ihave the dragon type moves because not much is resistent to dragon type attacks, and what is can be taken down by focus blast.

p.s. i suck at typing and spelling
