That is a great book. Though my favorit in the series is The Vampire Lestat. And when I was posting I wasn't even refering to the book. I was saying it out f fact.

I liked Queen of the Damned, must remember to read Rice's books one day--after Treasure Island, Phantom of the Opera, The Prodigal Spy, 1984, The Right Hand of Darkness, The The Garden of Pure Repose, etc. . . the list just goes on. . .

These are the main book you want to read. Read Mayfair Witches series before Merrick. I haven't read Mayfair or Merrick yet nor the last 3 Vamp Chronicals.
