but anyway i was hoping i could get this dress with this shirt and these shoes and i also hoping that the shoes are lighter than that.
as for the head dress. i was gonna the one from G&LB the body is gonna be red with white lace. i really hope this is going to look okay.

I definitely wouldn't suggest those shoes. Even if they were lighter, they wouldn't match the red of the dress, and plus they have that "patent leather" look so it definitely will look out of place.

The blouse is a real hit or miss-- especially with the... flared sleeve thing going on, they'll probably look really awkward. And knowing F21 blouses, it probably wouldn't be best.

I would suggest white shoes, most definitely. Not only would it match better (and even out the white in the outfit), but it will match whatever future dresses you plan to buy. I recommend these, I have a pair myself and they are really comfortable, and they look great with most of my outfits. If you prefer low-heeled or more flat-like shoes, then try taking a look at these. Or these these (though I'd suggest something that doesn't have an inch-long hole on the side).

As for blouses... good ones are harder to come by in a regular store, so I'd probably suggest looking for a nice white cardigan or something, since that jsk is gorgeous by itself, without a blouse. :3

And... I'm not quite sure what you're saying about the headdress?

I second these shoes. I also have a pair and I love them! Just make sure you spray them with a sealant first so that they don't get super dirty right away.

hehe. Yeah, I used them a little too late for my white shoes but after I sprayed them, they didn't get any dirtier, even when I was in my father's car. (He does concrete so I always get dirty in there)
I have no idea what type I used but if you go to your local Payless, someone should be able to give you suggestions of a few different types.

I second and third the suggestions above. That jumper is a summer dress, so it doesn't really need a blouse to look cute. Technically, it doesn't even need a cardigan unless you're self-conscious about your shoulders and arms showing.

Go for white shoes everyone has so far suggested and, if you want to add more red to things, you can probably find a pair of socks with a red and white pattern of some sort on them at a store like Target or Kohl's.

Also, as just a final note, I'd wait until the dress arrives before you start the hair bow in its final form so you can match up the reds as closely as possible. Red dyes are hard to match, even by the same company, unless you can look at them side by side.

Good luck! (:
