WARNING!:Contents Will Be Hot!
I whistle a tune from my past...a solemn tune to most but to me a happy bliss.
I open the door to this hole in the wall...heat greets me with...warm haste.
sugar...spice...a dash of Cinnamon...perfect flavor...sweet as a kiss.
careful not to hurry but can I wait to savor the taste?
Now I must wait...tick tock...it sounds in my head.
Work with the rest to pass the time.
Chop Chop...the sound pleases me.
Grissle...SPLAT!...have to wipe it off...make it shine.
Ding...IT IS DONE!...my masterpiece!
More heat...Sweet Smell...perfection!
Red drips leak from every crease.
Leftovers desposed of...nothing left but to cool...silence.
An hour later...waited almost to long...pull of my labor draws.
Took awhile to find them...cut them up...spill they're insides...final crop.
One kept untampered...saved just for last...no flaws.
caress the last one left...before they join the others...hence.
It IS COMPLETE!...My Cherry Pie..with a cherry on TOP!!!
