Whiskers: Same as fur color
Eye colors: His right eye is blue while the left is hazel. His hazel eye also has a permantly dialated pupil. See references --> Eye Ref 1, Eye Ref 2, Eye Ref 3
Eye Edits: His eyelids are always slightly lowered, mischievous-like. ;D
Fin Webbing: Gray; slighty darker shade than his pants. With a hint of glitter at the edges... ;3
Make-Up: Black and silver make-up above the eyes. For the otter, there can be black make-up where the eyebrows would be. See references for design --> Make-Up Ref 1, Make-Up Ref 2
Wings: Same coloration as the inside of a Barn Owl's wing. Wing Ref
Hair: Color is blonde/ dirty blonde. Slightly darker near the center and lighter at the tips. Not sure how to describe the hair style, but it has been described as 'mane-like'... It's like a really poofy mullet. xD Use the references for help x3;; There are two locks of hair on both sides that are much longer than the rest of the hair and falls past his ears and over his shoulders. Clothes: Alright, this took alwhile to decide on considering the Goblin King wore a different outfit each scene, but I think I've finally got it down... :b
Basic: Jareth's most common outfit consists of a black, leather vest layered over a white (somewhat frilly) poet shirt, which is opened at the chest. He wears "criminally-tight", gray pants that exceed just above his waist-line and black, leather, knee-length boots.
His hands are always adorned in a pair of black, leather gloves as well. (What cay I say? The man likes his leather xD)

Cloak: Incredibly high-collared, this cloak can be seen on various outfits, including when Jareth makes his first appearance in the film as well as having it in the throne room. The tall, leather collar reaches his ear-level before curling over. There is also a small, curved bone at each end of the collar (see cloak ref 1+2). The cloak itself (no doubt, leather) is black on the outside and a dark, glittery blue on the inside. The end of the cloak is somewhat shredded.

Accesories: The must-haves of a fashion-obessed king. ;D
Pendant: Always shown in some form or another in each of Jareth's outfits. In this case, The Goblin King pendant hangs freely by a silver chain around Jareth's neck. Can you believe there was a referece for this? xD
Crystal Ball: The King's trademark (among other things...). This can be placed in his paws, preferably. If you'd rather incorporate it in some other way, then that's fine. Whatever works best, really :3 Shiny o:

Antennae/Spines: Unlike Stitch, Leroy always keeps his antennae and spines unsheathed. The bent antennae are red with dark-dark red tips and light red rings seperating the red from dark-dark red. This is the same with the spines, except the areas that would be red, are dark red like the pattern on his back.
