=o they are neckless!
I like them. You have your own style and the neckless thing is cool and yall but it is just weird unless you make them chibi's. Try drawing neck. :3 just try.

Well first off. What do you WANT to draw? I can't just HELP you if you don't know what you're trying to go for... Who are your influences? What makes you excited to draw? Do you like people? Environments? Products? :] I can tell you like people from these drawings... but what are you looking to draw LIKE? :]
And when it comes to drawing people... Draw more from life. It helps a TON. Because when you know how to draw a real person standing in front of you, it makes it easier to "simplify" or "stretch" the imagination when it comes to creating your own characters in the future.

I like drawing environments realistically, but suck at coloring and shading. Thanks. @Death surprised k Thanks Everyone!

Something fun when it comes to coloring: Take images you love the colors from........ and use those to "sample" the colors from. Colors aren't copyrighted (and they danged well shouldn't be) so it's a great way to learn what kinds of colors to use :]

Try looking at what other people draw and try drawing it yourself. Really take into account things like placement and shape. For example, I noticed that your characters all have pretty straight arms and legs. Actual arms and legs have more thickness variation to them. Try looking at your own and notice where they get thicker or thinner.
