My brother and his friend are making a paintball team,
which I want to be a part of. They are choosing positions
by what people want to be instead of testing them in everything
and choosing what they are best at.
They also think they are the best for the job of field commander.
I don't want to be a field commander(I like the sniper's job,
and I qualified for it better than anyone)myself, but I don't want
the wrong person as the field commander or in any other position
either.
What should I do?
