Meltdown
My flesh is melting off of my bones.
I scramble, grabbing and smearing, to keep it together.
I’ve killed everyone in this room a thousand times over,
yet they still sit there drinking, laughing, staring.
My dark corner would destroy your soul.
I eat myself and turn inside out, now I’m laughing.
Now you’re trembling in the corner, weeping in fear.
This annoys me. This bores me.
I’ll stomp you now. All of you.
You’re in my world now.
You think that’s champagne you’re drinking?
Cling to the delusion that you’re still breathing while I suffocate you.
AAAHHHH! My ribcage is splitting open. I fall to the floor and my ribs
begin to drag my lifeless body around. Moving like the legs of a spider.
It’s too much. Too much?
My dreams are horrible. I’m writhing. Horrible? Writhing?
Please let me go. Please, I don’t want to sleep.
Please don’t kill me.
Kill me? Kill me. Kill me.

Nah, the title was more aimed at "wow... that is really f****d up. I don't expect any good comments or anyone to think it's even a good poem. I don't. I've been going through a hard time the past couple weeks and I wrote it when I was... we'll say 'not in my right mind'. So I wasn't exactly sure what I was writing or what I'd written until a day or two later. I can only look back now and say wow...

I believe a lot of us go through fazes like that. I know I was going through a faze like that from December till March. And I think "Wow" is a perfect title for it because that will basically be the reaction of every reader after they are through with this poem, not because it's graphic, dark or 'evil' but because it is deep, has gone through everyones mind at one point in their life or another, and a lot of people are scared to even admit those kinda thoughts when they are perfectly normal for people to feel that way from time to time (in my opinion).
