I can't forget the one I read. I CAN'T. Bookstores won't let me. IT'S EVERYWHERE!
Twilight.
Got to Chapter five.
I want the author to go to author hell.

Drop it and leave it; that's my method.

You see, I'm very picky about my literature.
If his stories weren't good, I'd have dropped James Patterson long ago for his annoying short chapters.

But on occasion I will go back to said bad book, if I'm desperate for something to read.

It's very rare that there's a book that I don't like. It's mostly fanfictions and internet fictions. I never stop reading, no matter how ridiculous the content or how badly written and put together the story is. But I do become quite tempting the email the writer and harshly tell them in more than one way to please, please, please stop trying to write stories.
But as for books, I've never found one that hasn't irritated me in any way.

Okay, so maybe that's a lie. There have been a few, like The Devil Wears Prada and few others here and there. But that's mostly because of the characters. The story and plotline are decent and the actual content is legible. But I end up putting them down, anyways. I find that I have to be in a more apathetic mood to be able to read books about incredibly shallow characters who keep wondering why bad things always happen to them when they are at a complete lack of common sense.

That series isn't great any stretch of the imagination, but I think that Meyer is a good storyteller. But a BAD writer. I'm reading the final book in that series, and her writing's become a little better.

The series is written for 13 year old girls though, and if you're not a 13 year old, you're going to find Bella EXTREMELY annoying. I do!

I once decided to read every Newbery Award-winning book published. I've managed to read them all except Johnny Tremain. I started to read that when I was a kid, got to a certain point, and just...stopped. I've read every Newbery ever published since then, and I still can't bring myself to pick that book up again and finish it.

(Now that I've posted here, I may just have to find it and read it out of sheer cussedness.)

Five? I think I got to... hm. I've donated the book to my local library, so I couldn't check. But it was about halfway through when I had to put it down for some reason or another, and just never went back to it.

I had to laugh at your one comment. xD
I was just college book shopping, and even in their little campus store they had a display for the series. It's following me even in college.
