Depends on your medium I guess (pencil, pen, computer...), but here are a couple I found:
Computer painting: http://div.dyndns.org/EK/tutorial/hair/
pencil: http://cataclysm-x.deviantart.com/art/Tutorial-How-to-draw-hair-50774338
All I can think to say is to draw a general shape of your hair as best you can then just draw a bunch of single strands (just lines) at the proper angles and such (to form into the main shape of the hair). That's what I do on my computer, but then again I've got different paint options (dodge, multiply etc.) but I also used to do it with pencil so it should still work. And if you use pencil, you should definitely try the second tutorial as reference. And check out her other tutorials 'cause they're pretty good. You'll probably lose your mind before you're able to get it like you'd like but that's the same with everything. rofl

It would be the right place if you had posted the picture you are drawing and asked for help and critique that way. But if you are generally asking how to draw hair, whether it's a particular style or not, you should start your search in our Tutorials and Help Desk subforum. There you'll find many tutorials (a large amount of them deal with hair) and if you can't find the tutorial you need, you may post questions for assistance. Be sure to read the rules there before posting. 3nodding
I'll leave this topic here for now, but please be sure to post a picture of your drawing so that people can see what you have. This way, your fellow artists can see the problems that you're having and help you accordingly. If you don't post your drawing, I'll move your topic to the Tutorials subforum.
Also, please take a few moments to look through our stuck topics, especially this one, so that you will know better what goes where within the guild.
This is an UN-Official Warning.Thank you for adding your drawing. ^~^
