User ImageName: Cherry Mills
Race: Gaian
Skin: Fair, freckled
Hair: Natural red, frizzy
Eyes: Cherry red

Personality: Cherry is a sweet girl, but can often get too absorbed in her work. Patience is not something she has much of, but she makes up for it in tolerance. Chances are, Cherry may hate you, and you'll never know.
Occupation: Bakery owner
Likes: Baked goods, Indian food, kind people, kids, kindness
Dislikes: Ignorance, immaturity, sour foods

Sexuality: Bisexual
Relationship Status: Single

Past: Cherry is just like any Gaian child. Partially immortal and holding the power of love (like the lame kid in Captain Planet), she dropped from a cherry tree as a baby and progressed to her adult stage under the care of two questionable folks, Daisy Rainbeau and Red Hawk, both of which currently live on an 'alternate energy source' farm. Cherry doesn't talk about them much.

Other: Cherry's power enables her to quite literally put love into everything she bakes. It may be why her bakery is so popular. There's nothing like a delicious cookie that also gives you the warm fuzzies!

In Gambino, there is a small red brick building with a sign hanging out front. The sign is simple; just a cherry and the bakery's name, but it continues to be one of the hottest spots to hang Inside, there is the counter to place your orders, or perhaps buy some pre-made pastry or coffee. There are four tables to sit at, and public restrooms in the back The floor is white tile, accented red, with patches of rug for extra comfort. The walls are covered in art, some donated, some bought.

A door in the back reads "Employees Only" and leads back to the kitchen, full of counter tops, convection ovens, drying racks, and refrigerators. This is where the orders are completed. The decor here is less spectacular, but Cherry is the only one to ever see it.

Behind the counter (which is actually a set of display cases) is a tile floor, the only shop phone, and counters for last-minute preparations or quick customization. The bakery is open from 11 am to 8 pm daily, except Sundays.

The staircase in the kitchen leads to the apartment upstairs, as abysmally tiny as it is. The kitchen takes up one long wall, while the dining room table and two chairs sit in a corner. There is a single couch and a small TV. The farthest back room is the bathroom, and to the right are both bedrooms, Cherry's and Bogey's.

A Change of Heart?

Cherry sat on the floor in what was once an office, legs crossed, looking around. It was no more an office, but a bedroom for a child. Would it like blue? Would it be okay with the rug? How about the dresser, would it have enough room inside for all of its things?

Originally, Cherry had felt damned. She'd felt stuck with this child she hadn't chosen to have, and hadn't been irresponsible enough to create. Even worse, it was an alien of some sort. Some kind of creature with powers.

As she finished p the cake that night, though, something changed. It was strange, knowing that you held a life, even if it was external. She felt less lonely now. She was exciting.

She was, might we even wager...happy?
