RP Between Millie and Hymn ------------------------------------------------------------ Tori was down with a fever.
both of them had been working outdoors for the past several weeks, and by sheer unlucky chance, Tori caught a fever. she was flushed and sweated helplessly in the tent as Millie came back and forth, carrying cool, moist cloth in her hands.
"I told you we shouldn't have worked this hard," sighed Millie. She carefully squeezed out another cloth and placed it gently on Tori's forhead. "You shouldn't push yourself too hard..."
"Sorry 'bout that... I just thought we could have a nice, carefree month after this one," Tori spoke faintly with a slight smile. They haven't had decent meals or a proper place to sleep in days. It supposed to be an easy job, until the storm came in.
Hours have passed, but it seemed the fever didn't back away. Millie crouched down to aid her, however, it was useless. Since they were out far from town, and didn't even have spare money for good food, Millie couldn't afford to call a doctor or purchase medicine. Then, a thought clinged in her. What if she could go out and find the rigfht combination of herbs in the forest for Tori to take? Would it work? There was no time to waste. she quickly packed her research notes and basic tools and kneeled over Tori.
Tori stirred a bit, slightly opening her eyes, she whispered, "Where are you going?"
"I'm just going out to find some herbs for you to take...Hopefully it will bring your fever down...Just stay put and hold on, okay?" advised Millie. When she crawled her way to the exit and was about to step out, Tori staggered and called out.
"Wait a minute, Millie," She said with short breaks between her words, "It's dangerous out there, so take my musicbox with you..." She then leaned over to hand her a small crafted box with gold gravings on it. It felt quite hefty in Millie's small hands, but she held onto it tightly wth both hands and smilied back.
"Thank you Tori," "Er... you know how to use it, right?" Tori asked, cuddling back into her sheets. "...Yeah," "..." "..." "Well, be back soon..." she said as she slowly closed her eyes. "Okay~"
As Millie closed the entrance after her, Tori opened her eyes and glanced into the dark ceiling and whispered, "Please be safe..."

Hymn had been out of town for a few days now. He had sought an escape from Aimes, it had become to clustered of a mess with the amount of dusts popping up nowadays. He walked with a black cloak over him which helped him blend into the darkness. He had his helmet but it wasn't covering his eyes all the way, so he could see clearly with his regular eyes.
Shuffling through the grass he used his legs to part it a bit. He looked up as he came to a stop and stared blankly at the dark skies. You could tell there was a bad storm over head. Passing gently he looked around for a place to stay but saw none, until he came to the top of a till. There wasn't much places but you could tell he had reached a small cliff edge as he looked off. Aimes, behind him was visible in the distance, but he didn't look.
A pang of guilt struck him as he thought about leaving home again, but he didn't pay much attention. He needed shelter. Hymn began to walk again his time holding the cloak as the wind began to pick up, where could he stay? Hymn could easily survive being out here, with his ability to morph water, but it would take a lot out of him after the spell ended.
Changing course he began walking south-east, touching his shoulder carefully. Water. The sky had of course, opened up. The storm had began that he had known about for a while.
