PRP for Brize and The Kat Aclysm. Knives reffie: {link}---------------- Knives was agitated to say the least. A loud frustrated growl escaped his throat as he slinked through the forest of Mothare, examining and mulling over what he now considered to be his domain - his own personal Eden. Some months had passed since he had first arrived, and now that he had settled into the territory, he had dug himself out a hole to reside in whenever he felt like it. He had also chased off many of the wild Kitsu that lived there as he claimed the wide part of the forest as his own.
He had spent a long time digging out the hole and now that it was finished, he found himself with nothing to do. So he had gone for a walk to examine his patch of land and to determine if anyone had been in it recently to disturb it. He was annoyed at what he soon found - a tree had been quite scratched up, the bark ripped and clawed in several places. The sentient plant was furious at this discovery and swung around to see if he could find the one who had done it.
"Who's out there?!" He roared in a demanding tone. A loud snort escaped him and he shook all over with anger. When there was no reply, he began to angrily pace away, sniffing the ground, determined to find the perpetrator. He had no minions to conveniently 'take care' of them, which angered him all the more.
"I'm wasting too much time...." He hissed as he continued onwards, nose to the ground. "I'm wasting far too much time... how is all of this world supposed to be purged of the unworthy if there is nobody to help?" He angrily punched a fisted paw at the bare soil. He was all alone with no backup or support. He growled to himself at this thought and pondered about the prospect of obtaining a new batch of Gung Ho Guns.
Whatever the case, something had to be done, and soon...

 "Well, if it isn't ol' Sir Knives."
Alcy had to smile to herself at the sound of the hissy fit that rang through the forest. There'd been rumors that a monster chased all the law-abiding kitsu out of this section of the wood. She'd come there hoping to find a beast to fight. But this was even better than a bone-shaking, claw-wrenching brawl. Alcy hadn't seen her former mentor since she was a teenager.
And so turned herself around, made sure her mask was fixed in place, and sauntered over to the source of the racket.
"Hey, calm down, yeah?" Alcyone called out, as she closed in on the source of the noise. Her golden eyes sparkled with good humor. "It's been a long time."
She tilted her head and gave Knives a long, steady, evaluating look.
"Y'know, you really do look like your brother."
Heh. Meeting Vash had made for an interesting night. Alcyone was one of the guys, which meant Vash'd treated her like an old drinking buddy, and they got pretty plastered together. She suspected that she was the first femme the gunslinger had met in this world that he hadn't bothered to hit on. Males didn't want spiny ol' birds like her.
