Resident Evil Princess
the maids are called shikomi, and after that they arent yet maiko they become what is known as minarai, they look like maiko but their obi are only half length along with their sleeves and the ornaments in their hair are really rainbow-y (im going to get a picture of it) a minarai stage is just so that the girl can get used to the outfit, then comes her mishidashi or debut as a full maiko, then her mizuage -DEFINATELY not what you think it is not what that blasted movie/book made it to be its all a myth, its basically celebrating her 2 or 3 or so years as a maiko, they wear black with a special hairstyle ususally when they hit 20 i think. the oshiyun hairstyle i think. This should not be posted in this thread. Why don't you make suggestions in the "I have a question" thread?
But to go ahead and reply, I would like to say that having more than 3 stages in this guild would make it HIGHLY trying to become a Geisha. We chose 3, because we wanted to make it so that the members could actually attain becoming a Geisha in a reasonable amount of time. As we are planning to remodel some of the things in this guild, I would advise posting this to one of the high-ranking crew members to see some action.
