I don't see how these "legends" can be used as anything other than, either comic releif or the commentaters going "Look, another legend. Aren't the so cool? Remember that one time they did that one thing..."

Unholy Meatpuppet I don't see how these "legends" can be used as anything other than, either comic releif or the commentaters going "Look, another legend. Aren't the so cool? Remember that one time they did that one thing..." Well... really, it's just to draw in old and new fans alike. People like seeing their old favorites, just for the hell of it. Just like the Hall of Fame induction.

Well meat, it's for nostalgia. No one cares what they do when they come on USA... They just want to see these people and remember the good ole days. This coming from an old lady. I know that I can't wait to see Mick Foley in the ring for ANY reason again!

For you dirty boys (and gals) out there... there has been another match announced:
Bar and panties match. Candice, Victoria, Torrie vs. Ashley and Trish
Smackdown was also given the opportunity to be included in the homecoming. Vince MacMahon permitted GM Long to make a match for the homecoming. It should also be interesting!
