Everyone always forgets about Joe.

Everyone eats at Joe's but all the Bobs and Freds are so flashy no one really appreciates Joe. Good ol' hard working Joe.

They appricieate him! That's why in the cartoons, they have all of those signs that say, "EAT AT JOE'S"!
