Venya panted, trying to keep herself up. Looking over to Desero, she smiled. "It can wait...tend to your family, please..." In truth, the Seer didn't even know herself what she saw. There were many things...many phases...so much going on she didn't know.

But whatever it was, it wasn't good and it could mean doom from them all....because of a lion's unwise choice and a vengeful lioness with many minions. As she continued to fight for air, she settled in the grasses, resting her head against one of Desero's powerful forelegs. "Just let me rest here a while, beloved. I will catch up, I swear it..."

Sorry to quit on you all but after this post I'm out. I'm beginning to go into one of my ruts and my inspiration is quickly leaving. I don't have to work tomorrow so i may be back on later tonight or early early tomorrow morning to post.

Discord watched her oldest son trail off to find Arion and his siblings before she headed off in another direction. She needed some time to herself to think. The last thing she wanted to was to return to the pride still enraged and snap at her beloved Stryker.

Valora closed her eyes for a brief moment then sighed. "Me being your fathers new love all depends on him my sweet. I'll not lie to you. Things have become very troublesome with our love, so much so that it has made your fathers words and actions of love questionable. However I want you to know that if thinks don't work out, you can always look to me as your second mother. My love for you will never stop."

Desero smiled to Venya. "I will go to them once you are rested. I can sense that my father is a bit antsy and wishes to have mother alone for a bit to talk. Their not going anywhere for a while, so I have time to catch up with my father."

A low growl escaped his lips as Tyranny turned his gaze to look at the horizon without actually seeing what was there. The truth was her words had hurt even if they had been seperated for so long, and she had every right to pick whom she wanted to be with, and he hid his gaze from her in hopes she would not see it in his eyes. That, and his anger was kindled once more towards the male who had hurt her. Valora's word would be the one thing to keep him back, from mauling said male to within an inch of his life. His love for her strong and he wanted nothing more than for her to be happy. However, if said male hurt her again, he would not hesitate to take what he'd spared before.

Sitting down on his haunches and curiling his flame tipped tail over his paws, he let his gaze travel the horizon, still careful to not look in Valora and Kesi's direction. So he'd come back too late after all, and even in the midst of his anger her words haunted him. So, this is how it would remain...her love was for another. For the second time in his life, since the massacre of his pride and death of their children and the eventual seperation from the one he loved most in the world, Tyranny was at a loss of what to do. It was just becoming too much and the loss of direction flamed his anger further. Taking a few deep breaths, he worked to keep his short fused temper in check.

"But Daddy said he would die for you..." was Kesi's only response as she tried to put two and two together. Had she done something wrong? Did Daddy do something wrong? She knew she had gotten two more siblings, and they weren't Valora's, but wasn't that okay, since she had so many already? Without knowing, tears flowed from her eyes and onto the ground as she stared at her paws. Would another family be broken apart?

He was getting tired, but he ran on, knowing he was being followed. But as long as he was the only one being hunted, and not the others, he would be fine. He had suffered much worse. His vision was blurred, and he slowed himself to prepare for what might come ahead as he spotted a very small group up ahead. Slowing down to a walk, he send some sand up ahead, hoping they would get the message.

Sitting down and looking towards where his two relatives had gone, Tasu felt extreme pangs of worry. He was the cause of his father possibly going to his doom and losing the one he truly loved. He wanted to go after them, stop them and tell his father to eradicate his existence if that would help him live happily. Everything was going wrong now, and the only thing that could be worse...no...best not think of that...

((Sorry to do this, but I just gotta interject this post here...don't mind me as I can't see Tyranny not saying something here...))

Tyranny looked at Kesi, his anger under control for now, and said softly (very unusual for his normally stern manner), "There is more to a promise than just spoken words, Kesi. There is one to whom I promised my heart a long time ago, and though we are not together anymore, it is to her that I belong even after all this time. I promise to her that I would do anything to ensure her happiness even if it is not with me. A promise is a dear sacred thing, one to be upheld at all costs. Remember that, Kesi, as you grow." With these words, though he still couldn't bring himself to look at Valora just yet, he was giving her his okay to do what she wished, what her heart dictated. He would never force her to choose, but instead would remain by her side even if it was only in friendship. Just then, a very unusual cloud of sand drifted near, though there wasn't near enough wind for such a thing to happen normally, and it sent his hackles standing up. He had no idea what it meant, but he didn't like it, and kept his eyes glued in the direction it'd come.

Venya panted gently, slowly getting her second wind back. The coming of the sand, however, worried her greatly. Gaara was here, and that only meant mounding tension and pain. Things were going from bad to worse within a blink of an eye.

Giving a slight growl, she rose to her feet, her once calm demeanor now replaced by an irritated and annoyed one. Why, she did not know, but it was if she was feeding off the emotions from those around her. Calming herself, she sent out her mind over the plains to Gaara.

I don't think this is a good time for you to be here... She warned. Tyranny is not happy with what's going on with Valora...but Kesi is scared. Tread carefully, Sand King.

Valora looked to Tyranny and smiled whole heartedly. His words touched her heart in a way that only he could because she knew that he was always true to his word. After all when they had first met he had females throwing themselves at his feet but he chose her and only her. All of his little flings came to an end when he chose to make her his queen. Gaara on the other hand...When her eyes drifted away from Tyranny she went tense when she saw those sands. She knew that Gaara had come and she wanted to take off again but...she couldn't leave Kesi behind and if she did leave what would become of Gaara. Tyranny was a force to be reckoned with when his temper flared and even though Desero was mild mannered and calm...if he was anything like his father that couldn't be good news. "Let us just remain...calm."

Desero's fur was standing on end and those crimson orbs that were usual so calm were filled with a great deal of anger. How dare that b*****d show his face after what he'd done to his mother. His blood was just boiling at this point.

After poking his head in on Arion, he had to smirk. Mother was going to be ever so pleased. For such a tiny cub, he was growing well, and would be extremly large. He could see the border tohis mother's lands, and sighed. He needed a nap. Being angry all the time was never good for the soul. Grandmother was right about that. Speaking of grandmother Belladonna...he needed to visit her at some point. He yawned, blinking slowly. Nap time indeed...

As he got nearer, he slowed even further, Feeling, rather than hearing, the words that Venya sent to him. But he had to keep going. Kesi was there already, but so were a few others. Two he recognized as Desero and his mate, and a male he didn't recognize. But he had the worst feeling about the male. Even so, he walked with his head held high, tears forming in his eyes. Something kept telling him to turn back, but his heart reached to Valora, to be near her. To go home together. As he got even closer, he started saying her name under his breath over and over again, almost in a prayer.

Ignoring the sign that her father was near, Kesi wrapped her paws around Valora's leg, sobbing into her fur. Something inside her was boiling angrily, but she knew how to control it. Still, she couldn't control the tears she hated so badly. "M-Momma...p-please don't leave us...I l-love you as mu-much as Daddy does...If-If i did any-anything wrong, please t-tell me..." she cried, sobbing in between words. "Please...?"

Making up his mind, Tasu began to walk towards where he could feel boiling emotions. He knew someone else could help, but where to find him, he did not know. Nor did he know if he -would- help. It was worth a shot...

Jor yawned loudly, his vines moving as he did. He could sence someone with simillar powers as he, but he had no idea who it was. His vines moved about, feeling the earth. Their power was strong...Like his mother and that sand b*****d put together...He snarled. He'd found one of his new siblings...If he was correct. "Whose there?!" He roared, his vines moving more angrly by the second.
