Have a rogue. gear isn't best. have the two merciless gladiator's swords, and the throwing weapon.
I need to learn whats the best way to kill the most people (specific strats for different classes would be nice) before I die because i have about 8k hp unbuffed due to horrible gear....

Spec shadowstep, use stuns effectively. Not really much more than that ;/

If he's any good, GL and pray you get lucky with the crits and frost resists, because it sounds like your gear is nowhere up to par.

I'm going to assume you're SHS and he is Frost.
Open with Garrote, (excuse me if I mix garrote and rupture) shiv crippling poison while he's still silenced. Once the silence is near over, rupture, vanish and run the other way. He's probably spam AoE, it's not that hard to avoid... Wait until he starts to eat/drink, or when bleeds run out.
Open again with CS, then into a 5 point kidney. If he's stupid he'll blink out of Cs, if he's smart then he'll blink out of kidney. From there, you've got a huggeee advantage health wise, and can stick right back onto him with ShS. Cloak out of ANYFROSTNOVA and nothing else. If at anytime he trinkets, use blind. Start the second part over again.
