Months ago, Trivia no Izumi (same show that brought you Kamen Rider V3 & Destron the 'hideout-giver') mentioned this little tidbit when I least expected it.
Scene is like this:

Motorcycle gang are riding down a empty street, having their 'fun,' Ultraman 7 appears (and his voice is NOT the same Ultraman 7 we know...sounds like a kaijuu roar eek ), and PICKS UP one of the motorcycles and just throws it (not sure if the biker of the cycle survived, or jumped off in time ><; ).
After that incident...the bikers are on their knees and apologizing to the military force (I know it wasn't TAC...I forgot...long time since I watched 7... cry )!

The reason for Ultra 7's behavior was because a young boy was picked on by that very motorcycle gang. So, he made a wish, and BECAME Ultraman 7 to get revenge on them. On top of it, Ultraman 80 had to come in and stop 7, before anything worse happened ><;

I think this was either part of a series or movie, but it was called 'Ultraman 7 vs. Ultraman 80'.
Watching this really surprised me (but, gave me a good laugh, even though the thought of him harming a human being is a little shocking).
