Relation to what clan: He's the son of two rogue nin's and doesnt know what clan he is so he jsut wanders around.
Looking for Naruto or following Sasuke: He's looking for Naruto as his mother, before she died, Had given him a medalion with Naruto's symbol on it. If Naruto is alive then perhaps he can give him some answers. However, he is also looking for Sasuke as if he can find Sasuke he might fidn Naruto
