This store?
Some of the dresses look cute,but they all say cosplay on them.I saved my 40 bucks for a starlight petticoat,but they aren't open,so I wanted to do something with it.Do you think it's safe?I don't want to regret buying it.

No. They use stolen photos and falsified information for many of their auctions. Chances are, you're going to get ripped off. They also have a Chii dress in their lolita section and the few photos that MIGHT be their work are absolutely atrociously constructed and tacky looking [lots of synthetic raschel lace monsters]. If you're wanting to buy something for cheap, try these places:
