well in terms of size GN bazooka is more bulky and the GN mega launcher is longer to the point it needs to be keep folded when not in use
they seem to be in pair on terms of destructive power even so i think GN bazooka to have a greater power when in blaster mode specially if virtue have the trans am system activated
when it comes to acuracy they dont differ at all

in practical terms
the GN megalauncher seems to be quite exposed while unfolding and docking as well while charging
GN bazooka in blaster mode take a long time to charge so is kinda vulnerable but virtues GN fiend can compensate for that (for what it seems the throne series lack GN fiend since ive onle saw a little usage of defelctive capabilities once in throne drei during their first encounter with HRL's GNX squad)
oh and there is one thing virtue can power up its blast combining the GN bazooka with both dual beam canon mounted on its back

all said ill choose virtue
having fake solar furnace sthe throne units have a short operational time so there should be a number of shots for the GN megalauncher and depend of another unit to use it is a big backdraw since youll only need to keep them apart so they cant use it
besides..... throne units are just ugly!
those huge feet and the beam weapon atached to the arm in that position looks uncool
they look.... how can i say it???
as if they were bad built!
virtue have the trans am system and can change into nadleeh if required
and during their only confrontation with the throne team even with only exia and virtue fighting they seem to have good odds on beating those psychos

Personally I would prefer the Gundam Double X's Satellite Cannon. As far as I know it is the most powerful Gundam weapon in all the series. The dang thing was designed to take out a friggin colony for god's sake.

I've seen the GN bazooka in action. Its the best. It has one of the greatest amounts of firepower of any gundam that I have ever seen.
